All of the instructors are great at motivating and supporting you. They're always quick to help with modifications if you're unable to do anything or help correct your form. Everyone that attends the gym is super friendly and always willing to help as well.
Stacy is fantastic at personal training, she really focuses on what you're looking to accomplish and coming up with new routines to make your goals a reality.
The gym is also super clean and constantly being sanitized for everyone's safety and well-being. -

Stacy is a born instructor whose creative workouts meet the needs of any member, from beginner to intermediate. I feel safe and U+F follows Covid Protocols from masks, to distancing, to sanitizing and even an air purifier! The best gym in Bucks County!
