He made sure I was really numb, then gave me the gas so I was relaxed. A few minutes later he says they are out! I like being told what's happening and when, and Dr. Yates tells you each step as he's doing it. I also close my eyes because... as long as you don't feel pain, who wants to see the tools and what's going on? 5 stars for two good experiences!
