“One of the BEST experiences I have ever had for so many reasons. This was the first time I had to "Pre Medicate" prior my appointment due to a surgery I had in February. My prescription said to take the antibiotic an hour prior my appointment. One hour prior my appointment, I received a call from the this office telling me to take my antibiotics!! definitely impressed feeling as if I had a personal assistant. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a beautiful sweet girl who went over the initial paperwork. Minutes after I was called to the the examining room and greeted by my hygienist "Kristina" who was so personal and kind I felt as if I knew her for years. She was fast, efficient , thorough and explained in detail everything she was doing. SHE WAS ONE OF THE MOST GENTLEST Oral Hygienist I have ever had. I forgot to tell her I had sensitive teeth and guess what, I didnt have to due to her amazing techniques. She checked for cancer around around my face, and neck almost as if I were getting a massage .. who would have thought a dental exam would feel good. They check for TMJ with their most up-to-date equipment. The Dentist came in who was extremely personal and professional and DIDN'T HURT. He examined each aspect of my mouth and I totally felt as if I was in the best of care. The office is very up to date with a TV you can watch during your exam! I am sending my Son and Fiance there for their next cleaning. Thank you Newtown Dental Care .. going to the Dentist is something I will look forward to in the future.
