The heater operates today as it did when first installed and I'm still on my first set of rocks. Hot Rocks installed it as part of a master suite renovation and they seamlessly coordinated everything with my remodeling contractor. I'd recommend a sauna to anyone but only if you buy it from Hot Rocks. They're awesome.”
