While I was on the table I was actually skeptical of his methods until I stood upright with just a bit of discomfort. I was also surprised when he had me return in 3 weeks, not the 3x per week my former chiropractor would have scheduled. He gave me a set of stretching exercises that I do daily and I see him once a month for a routine adjustment unless I do something stupid to aggravate my back. Over the past year I have never had a problem scheduling an emergency appointment. Same day or next day.”
