She loves looking at the birds that come to her bird feeder and would always yell at squirrels that come to feed, so a still mysterious staff person brought her the cutest stuffed squirrel animal a while back. In my most recent visit a new fall chill was in the air and that same mysterious staff person put the cutest scarf around the squirrels neck. He also requires all patients to be vaccinated in his practice, so there is no worry about other children potentially causing infections. We have had some billing mix-ups since our insurance requires a small co-pay, and they do a confirmation phone call before the appointment you must respond to, which can be at times inconvenient. If they used a service such as Solutionreach, it would be helpful. Otherwise, we are happy with our pediatrician choice.”
