“We had a backed up sewer pipe late one night so I called to get a service call, the owner answered the phone himself!! I was pleased right off the bat. Most had services that paged the company/techs and got back to you about 15 to 30 minutes later. The tech was scheduled to arrive in the early am the following business day. He did, and even showed up early to my surprise! He was not only professional but thorough in the explanation of what happened and what needed to be done. This company was my 4th call and they were the most reasonably priced company. I am so happy that I called just one more company for an estimate because we now have a steady reliable plumbing company for our future needs. ”

“My experience with haller enterprises services has been stellar since day one. I reached out to them through online and in day or so we were scheduled for our quote on our system. We did have a second company come out and quote us an install but we did not consider them. We went with haller even tho they were 3k more in prices. Brandon W. Handled our quote and all initial questions he was quick, fair, and considered all our concerns. Fast forward to install. Our install was set up for three days. Christopher and his assistant were able to complete the install in two days. Again this team was quick, fair, and consider our concerns. They were nice interacted with my little guy and significant other as if they were family. Had not been for the light hum of power tools and occasional noise we would never known they were here. They completely explained the system and completely cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't of asked had a better team to install. Brandon W. Is still in contact with us today ensuring that things are going as expected even tho system has been installed for three plus months now. I would trust and truly recommend this team and company for my family HVAC needs. Thanks for the great experience. We also recently had Haller come out for boiler maintenance. OCT 2018 The tech Jacob was great. The heads up on his arrival from office was a nice touch. Jacob arrived within the time frame given. Introduced him self and asked if had any questions or concerns before he began his work. We left him do his job, and he was done well with in the time I expected him to be. He informed us that our system is working well and that he doesn't notice any problems but would advise us to get replaced since it is a older system. He answered all our questions and cleaned up and left our home as he found it. We would like to have Jacob out again next year he was great.”

“A Thanksgiving Miracle: At 12:30am after prepping for 15 hours to host Thanksgiving on the coldest Thanksgiving since 1901 (or so the weather people said) my faucets stopped working. A quick survey of the situation led my husband to realize our well pump was kaput. We desperately called every emergency service in the area, some more than once, but Hess was the ONLY company willing and able to come out and get us water & save Thanksgiving. Eric (owner) came out here by 8am on Thanksgiving morning and had me up and running in no time (despite the wind and cold). He also looked at our equipment and indicated what he thought we needed replaced in the house. The thing is, we just closed on this house in July & knew this was all possible and had pricing from the inspector who warned us about all the potential problems. One might expect a huge mark-up on Thanksgiving - but no, the price was reasonable & in -line with the estimate from the inspector, the work was efficient & Eric upgraded the rest of my system this week. I would 100% recommend this company over any other. Including the so-called 24/7 companies who are still calling me back 5 days later to see if they need to come and fix my well pump.”
