“My family has been here a few times over the years and the ice cream is always great. However, this last visit Melissa really shined and saved the day. There was this hoax played that shut down the city streets and we couldn’t make it back to our car which left my us stranded - not only did Mellissa welcome us to relax in the store but when we left she offered to assist me in getting to my car safely without walking miles in the dark and cold so my family can leave town (it’s a bit difficult to explain). Bottom line - great ice cream that goes with amazing staff!”

“Karl and Jackie are not cut from a different cloth, as some like to say-- they are simply cut from the cloth. Many of the folks in my generation (I'm 30) want fast results, big discounts, and streamlined efficiency. They're cut from some weird synthetic stuff that melts if it stays out in the sun too long. You'll get none of that at BCFM. What you will get is exposure to the wisdom and subtle humor that can only come with decades of experience. Stick to your online retailers if you want the best prices. Come in to BCFM if you want to stand in the river of acoustic time and pick up a few rocks to keep in your pocket. I bought my Deering Sierra banjo from Karl in 2011, as a hotheaded novice player, who only wanted to name drop and pick quick. I talked a little faster then and tied my shoes a little tighter. Now I make my living playing the five string banjo in Guatemala, and needed some work (fret dressing and a new head) done real fast while on a rapid-fire four day visit to the area. Karl understood my dilemma, and he and Jackie and Kim stayed open a little later to accommodate me. As usual, they did top-notch work and were happy to share some fantastic stories they've picked up along the way. I left feeling a little more connected to the tapestry that connects all of the acoustic pickers of the world, and grateful for the slow-cooked friendship I've been able to nurture with Karl over the past seven years. You won't find this on the internet or in the big box stores.”

“Decent selection of pieces that rotate often enough to keep coming back every month. They carry not just Kinkade but Finale, Keathley, Rod Chase, and Abraham Hunter. The Disney collection is also quite expansive and comes in the largest variety of formats large and small, and even including puzzles. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He always explains well any questions you may have with and is very professional. The young woman who works the weekend is also very helpful and courteous, and often goes out of her way to provide the best service. I have had no bad experiences here, although it can get a bit crowded during events. Overall I definitely recommend this location if you are interested in collecting fine art or even just completing the look of a room in your home. Everything here also makes for a great gift.”

“We have and own at least 3 dogs we had gotten from Jack's. Speaking from personal experience all the dogs were healthy and the one I no longer have led a healthy life and was a very well adjusted and loving dog. What says a lot is I purchased a dog that had a single sibling in her cage and that dog was waiting to be picked up later that day. Without my asking the owner of Jacks said he was lowering the price for Molly my as he didn't want her to have to spend the weekend alone. Anyone who would put a dogs welfare above money says a lot about the person.”

“Went in for a oil change last week at Fontaine And Sons. Was able for the 1st time to go in the back during an oil change and quickly relized how much work was being done for a simple oil change. I watched the owners son, Jason, not only change my oil but check everything from my tires to to battery. I recorded the process on my phone because I was so inpressed with how hard this plumsteadville automotive mechanic was working as he used technology to record all the findings. I started to ask him questions about why he checks so many things and he shared we me how important it was to make sure his clients and cars are safe on the road. He went on to say, "Finding problems can prevent aciedents. He thought it was good policy to find the problems in the garage instead of on a cold snowy dark day". Super impressed with how thourough this automotive garage was and would highly recommend Fontaine And Sons to anyone looking for a professional car garage in Bucks County.”
