Your technicians ("John" and "Mr. Ed") are both super people who have visited my home annually for this purpose on several prior occurrences. They are punctual, pleasant, and thorough, going well beyond the basic call of duty. The quality and trustworthiness of their respective services are what make it worthwhile for me to spend the considerable amount of money which your protective agreements cost, especially since your appliances themselves are also extremely reliable and thus statistically unlikely to present problems.”

“The AMC at Neshaminy Mall wasn't too bad when I was there a year or so ago; it's improved a bit since then. They opened the outside ticket area to make it more efficient (with kiosks to both purchase and select seats). Inside, they added some "adult refreshments," in the form of alcoholic beverages, and of course they still have all the traditional goodies (popcorn, candy and soda) along with chicken fingers, mac -n- cheese and a few other actual food items. Seating is still a bit tight but acceptable. Hopefully, they upgrade that in the future. Generally, a pleasant movie experience.”
