Wow! Where do I begin? Well, my morning was not going well. My car would not start and I had to take my son to school. Fortunately, after an hour of trying to get to start, finally started and I was able to take my son to school. But I wanted to make sure that the battery was not going bad. so I decided to take it to advance auto parts for them to do a battery check. So I called first to see if there was someone available and I ended up speaking to a wonderful lady. I didn’t know who she was but she was so pleasant and so professional. So, because I’m a customer service person I decided to go to this location to help solve my problem. So as I walked in, I was greeted with such love and warm smiles. And I finally figured out her name, Lizzy. She assisted in choosing a battery and she gave me options and waited patiently for my decision. Finally, I decided to purchase a brand new battery and she installed it as well! Girl Power! Anyway, Lizzy made my day and gave me further assurance that outstanding Custiner Service is not dead, but still alive! Thank you for being awesome! Now, I can travel this summer knowing I have a new battery and it functions property! Thank you so much! GOD BLESS YOU real good!!🤩

5 stars for the manager on duty Erica, I had placed an order over the phone thru customer service and they actually sent the wrong part. I was under stress and anxiety because my radiator was leaking as is. Ericka went above and beyond and took the wrong shipment order from me and still had 1 in stock and swapped it out. This is by far the best management experience I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Erica for your exceptional service! Great location, extraordinary management

Wildly knowledgeable and nice guy at the counter tonight. Came in with a very specific need that was more cleaner related than car part related. Instead of trying to sell some item that wasn't quite it, he proceeded to give me a VERY helpful alternative for a nearby store that specifically dealt with cleaners. I'll be back.
