When I walked into the store I was greeted in a friendly manner and promptly taken back for my appointment. Charlotte was the technician who helped explain how to set up and maintain the machine. She also took her time with finding me with the proper mask best design for me. And gave me the opportunity to test the functionality of the machine in the mask. She was very pleasant both professionally and personally. I highly recommend Rezk Medical Supply, and I want to thank Charlotte for making me feel comfortable with this new life change.

I was very apprehensive about getting a cpap machine. Charlotte was so wonderful in explaining my diagnosis in easy to understand terms. She also took the time to help find a mask that worked best for me and really helped ease my anxiety. She seems to genuinely care about people and that made a world of difference to me.
