(May 12, 2023, 5:38 pm)We have had great experiences with BASA. We had plumbing work done in the house. The plumber discovered that work belonging to BASA had to be done. I called BASA to do the work, expecting it might be weeks before they did the work. They were there a day or 2 later starting the repair job. Very friendly and responsive staff at the office and on the work site. Glad to have such a professional organization here!
(April 12, 2017, 3:00 pm)Went there to pay bill. Very friendly,, and it didn't even stink. Guess it is the nicest sewage treatment plant I've been to. Highly recommend for all your sewage needs.
