Natasha always greets me with a smile and a hello. Jason helped me get my transfer item today. In the meantime Jared started collecting my other items without me even asking. Mike is always so nice when he’s checking my items out. Michael Anthony helped me load my car last time. Caleb always offers to help too. Great employees

Ok, here it is. To all you haters out there, get over it. Mac's gives you the opportunity to examine any and all items up for auction. So to all you out there complaining about items not looking like pictured, well that's on you. You could have inspected the item in advance of bidding. So negate any complaints about that. The deals are great. I've won bid on pallets that were well worth the price I paid. I also just spent 30 minutes on the phone with them over an item that my back-up forgot to pick up for me. They took time to explain it all to me and informed me of the membership they offer. So, once again people, inform yourself before giving a negative review. Go inspect your items before buying. Yes, go, open boxes, plug items in, make sure they work, are the right color, all the parts are there, etc. No excuses. If you don't inspect first then don't complain about what you get. You can get some awesome stuff for great prices. 👍

M@C Discount in Butler is my favorite warehouse. Since their new opening at this location, they’ve utilized all of the space to map out a clear and direct way for customers to come look at items. The aisles are in letter format and if you download the M@C app, you can see exactly where the item is located. If you have any questions, employees are located throughout the warehouse.

When you come to pick up any items you won from an auction, the same system works for item pick up. The employees are more than happy to help you take items to you car as well.

I’ve found so many treasures at a great price at the Butler Warehouse. I always inspect my items to ensure they’re exactly what I’m looking for. Tape and box cutters are available to open boxes and get a sneak peak at upcoming auction items.

I highly encourage anyone to come into the Butler M@C Warehouse to check out their products and look at items before bidding :)

The Butler M@C Discount is by far my favorite place to go!! Everyone is EXTREMELY friendly, helpful, kind, caring and understanding! M@C Butler has premium products that are available at such a low cost! I purchase from M@C almost daily and utilize the M@C membership to look at items before their noon opening in addition to having all the advantages of the membership program. The Butler M@C location is clean, and has a VERY USER FRIENDLY & organized layout! The Staff is very creative with their layout and each item is extremely easy to find. The Butler M@C has an assortment of items with boxes ranging from small to large & flatbeds/carts are available for you to use! The employees even help load items into your vehicle! I highly recommend this location as it is my “home” M@C warehouse. I cannot give ALL of the staff enough credit for what they do for all of their customers! 5 STARS for all you guys!!! :)
