Great service! On time and good explanation of what was done and what service was not done that I had requested to be done. They identified that the tires did not need rotated, so they checked with me and did not rotate them. I am very comfortable that my truck is ready to go!

The Honda North employees are amazing. In light of the ongoing problem obtaining cars, the staff maintains an upbeat and wonderful attitude. Kelly, Autumn and Tim were amazingly helpful. Kelly Fehr was instrumental in helping me obtain my amazing SI. Great crew!

The service staff here is top notch. I have had several repair jobs completed here and all have been done professionally. The customer service here has been consistently professional and accommodating. I walk out of the service department feeling confident my vehicles reliability was restored. I will continue to purchase vehicles and have any service work performed here. Highly recommended to friends and family!

As a young female, I was a little nervous going to buy a car in fear of being charged for unnecessary things. I experienced quite the opposite. My salesman was Mark and we had great report from the start. He was thorough, honest, and worked with me till I found my vehicle! He had them re- inspect it so I was good for a year and even washed my old car! Tom was great as well - he explained everything to deal with the payment and I felt comfortable from start to finish. Looking forward to going back when I visit Butler!
