Tech was courteous, friendly & informative. Was very thorough. Fixed our no heat issue & informed me of what we might need in the future since our furnace is old. No pressure for sales or protection package. I will definitely use this company again. Called in on Friday and they would of come out the same day but I had them wait till Monday. The told me between 12 & 4 but we’re able to come at 8:30 in the morning. Was amazed they got to me this quickly in October.

This was simply the best service and support I have ever received for home repair. We had a leak from 2nd floor tub drain water through dining room ceiling. We called Armstrong and Ken arrived next day. He looked through the wall, ceiling, under the tub, took pictures and wrote up a detailed report. During the repair he noticed another item beyond the issue. He made the original repair and we hope to get him back for the new issue. Yes the house is over 100 years old. Here is why Ken and Armstrong are great. He taped up the wall because he knew we have cats, he was extra careful with everything, left not a trace and had that magic of keeping me informed at each step. If there are five stars, Ken gets six.

When our furnace stopped working the evening before we were expected to have guests come in from out of town, we called Armstrong and they sent out Scott, the technician on call, at 7:30pm. During his initial call when he was on the way, he was able to listen to the sound the furnace was making, asked me to try a couple of things, and accurately diagnosed the issue over the phone. When he got here, he confirmed, made sure he had the correct parts, and quickly and efficiently set to work. He was very pleasant and entertained all my questions. Scott S. was a fantastic technician, and we would be happy to have him in our home again if/when we need another repair.

We signed on to have Armstrong Solutions maintain our “old” furnace. Shane did the furnace check and found we had some issues. He was very informative and took care of setting up a meeting with sales. We then met Jamie, who is very personable and knowledgeable. He spent several hours going over our options and set up installation quickly. Bob and Nathan did the installation. They were very professional and hard working. They were on time or called if they were held up. These guys worked from the moment they hit the house and worked late a couple evenings. These guys ran into one issue after another and they worked through it and found solutions that did not cause damage to the house. They were always cleaning up at the end of the day and left everything very clean when they were done. We are very pleased that our friend referred us to Armstrong Solutions and we are extremely happy with all aspects of the services provided. Thank you!

I bought a place >20 years old that needed some basic maintenance plus repair to vanity sinks, toilets, and also had a new gas line plumbed for a range. Installer was awesome - arrived on time, professional, knowledgable, showed me what repair was needed and why, resourced supplies from the work van and a return to the shop. One job became bigger than anticipated and he let the dispatcher know - when possible, they stay on the job to complete and others pick up other calls it seems. Much appreciated!! Awesome experience from the time of scheduling through job completion.
