(February 25, 2023, 10:05 pm)Excellent job replacing heel caps on several pairs of my high heels. They even repaired a few scuffs and scrapes on the shoes. All pairs literally look brand new. Employees I spoke with at both drop off and pickup were great and very friendly. I had no idea it was a retail store as well, I thought it was only a repair shop. Very big selection of boots, will definitely be back next time I am in need of new waterproof hiking boots.

(March 25, 2022, 5:12 am)A good shoe repair place is hard to find these days. They did an excellent job of replacing the rubber heals on 3 pair of my leather shoes and one pair of boots. They even cleaned and polished them. My shoes looked brand new when I picked them up. I will definitely be using them in the future.
