A perfect auto purchase experience!! I met with Jeff and he became my liaison for the purchase. The solo test drive really allowed me see if it was right for me. I spent 10 minutes looking it over before the test drive, on my own, without the traditional, "So what do think?", every few minutes. The prices are fixed so no need to haggle. You either want it or you don't. I traded my car in and received a fair offer. I financed a portion which carshop arranged. I received a better rate than what my credit union gave me before I walked in. It took 3 hours total, to walk out with my new car. The main reason for my positive experience was my salesman Jeff. He listened to my needs gave me just the right amount of attention and made me feel completely at ease. Thank you and I will refer a friend.
I love this shop. They do great work and don't try to sell me unnecessary things. My car is always running great and any little issues I come across (new cars and too many computers) they talk me through how to fix instead of trying to charge me money. The service writer is also really nice, but I'm terrible with names so I can't remember. Andrew maybe? He's rad.

I called the store hoping to test drive a truck just 30 minutes before closing and they had it waiting for me by the front door. I loved the truck, left a deposit that evening and returned the next morning where Matt had most of the work started to complete the transaction.
After having a horrible experience at another dealer I was blown away by the service and care Matt put into making the process stress free and actually enjoyable.

I knew I needed a new car, but I had no idea what I was doing when it came to find a new one. I got in touch with Matt Dalton and came in to see him. He showed me multiple models and told me about each one. He made sure I found something that was within my price range and that I was comfortable driving. He sat down and went over each step with me and made everything easy. CarShop made finding a great car easy and at a great deal.
Brian in Financing was incredibly helpful; it was imperative to me to be able to trust in the process and that I would be given accurate, honest information as to what I could afford and reasonably hope to obtain. Brian was the best I could have hoped for on all accounts. Jamie was a fantastic sales associate, making sure I was both comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. I was in a position where I *needed* a car, yet these gentleman made me feel that I was still doing them the kindness of choosing to do business with them. Even the Service Department measured up in taking my minor concerns seriously and addressing them thoroughly. This is the 8th car I've been involved in purchasing in my lifetime - but this is the 1st time I've ever felt heard, valued, and respected as a consumer. Kudos to the entire team!
