My experience with Sherry was very informative and professional. She was very kind, upfront with the value of the items I presented to her, and was fair in the amount she determined that I would receive. I would definitely consider going to this location again.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Treasure Hunt many times at both the Cranberry and McKnight Road locations. Every customer service employee has always been so inviting, helpful and very friendly. I never feel rushed and every transaction is treated equally important (whether I bring in a bag full of wheat pennies or one silver coin). If you have some old change, silver, or gold jewelry at home, just stop by Treasure Hunt (no appointment needed) and you will most likely walk away with a little extra spending money in your pocket - it’s that easy!

Wonderful staff and very friendly and knowledgeable! I have always had a great experience with the staff at Treasure Hunt in Cranberry. NO pressure whatsoever and they let me take my time to think about my transaction and did not pressure me into making a difficult and very emotional decision. I took my mom's old jewelry in that was broken and they walked me through the pieces and were 110% honest and trustworthy with me. They saw how emotional I was with my mom's recent passing and just made things easy on me to make the right call for me, not for what was best for them . They let me see things in a different way, and I am so appreciative for their caring and compassion during a difficult emotional time. I was very pleased with the sale and have gone back again, and I will continue to do business with Treasure Hunt. Go see Lisa, Marcy, and Shelly! They are awesome!

Great experience. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and gave me a fair price on the jewelry I sold. I was even advised to try selling some items privately, because they would sell for more than if I sold them for the weight of the precious metals. I was able to sell some things there and I did sell others myself for more than they would have been able to give me. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I visited Treasure Hunt in Cranberry last week and was extremely impressed with the experience. I only had two small pieces of silver that I wanted to sell, and almost felt bad asking for their time. Despite not having much to offer, Lisa treated me as if I were their most valuable customer. She took extra time to answer the few questions I had and explain everything to me in great detail. She also made sure that I received the highest price that they were able to pay for what I had, which was a very fair price to be sure. I only wish that every business offered the same level of customer service. I'll definitely be going back, and will recommend them to my friends and family as well.
