“WOW! Costco's Cranberry, PA is the best! Knowledgeable and super friendly! I bought 3 pairs of glasses for the cost of one pair elsewhere. They have many designer frames to choose from in all kinds of colors and styles. Jennifer the manager, Lisa from another department helped me pick the best glasses for my face. Several other awesome eyeglass employees also voted on what they liked making my experience very enjoyable. I felt like a bunch of good friends were shopping with me! They taught me how to pick the best size. I have never been told that frame sizes have numbers that are appropriate for your size face. If you are a thinner face pick 52, if wider pick 53, 54, 55, 56 and so on. Costco organizes all sizes together so you can pick the correct glasses for your face thus saving time by knowing what will actually fit. I shared with my family and friends and will be back next year when they have another sale which gave me $50.00 of each additional pair. Now with their prices I can buy glasses that corrdinate with different outfits and occasions! Eyeglasses are jewelry for your face, so have fun creating your collection. No need to settle for one pair of ordinary when Costco has EXTRAORDINARY styles for less and EXCEPTIONAL staff!”

“Dr. Mike always takes time with me to make sure all of my questions are answered. I always choose Dr. Mike as he has been very consistent with my care and the best option with the practice. If he doesn't know the answer for your questions he will find them. The care coordinator is overwhelmed and often busy so if you're waiting on a specialist appointment sometimes it's easier to make your own. The other options for Dr's at the practice have just referred me to er rather than listen to what I'm in the office for or run a lot of unnecessary tests. Thankful for Dr. Mike and the PVMC team. Also, the patient portal is the quickest way to make an appointment, ask a question or pay your bill.”

The owner (Sharon) is super friendly and always willing to answer any questions you may have about health/wellness. She does 1-on-1 training if you need some assistance on reaching your goals. “Our 87 yr old Father was a direct hospital admission to the dementia unit. This was a difficult transition due to sudden onset last stage dementia. Sadly he passed only 3 months from admission right before Christmas 2021. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the care he received from the Quality of Life Center Dementia unit nursing staff, front desk and business office personnel. Praises also to the cleaning staff who kept the facility clean and did not have that hospital odor that is difficult to control. Our Father was always clean, hair combed, clean linen and we were always greeted with respect and kindness. They called us with his care and medical status information and returned calls quickly. You never felt like you were a bother and they encouraged us to call anytime. He was on hospice only one week before he passed, but Three Rivers Hospice stepped in and did the best they could. The nursing staff and other departments went above and beyond, to help his days left, be a positive easy transition. It was late and we had to drive an hour and a half to say goodbye, after he passed, and they waited for us and greeted us with such kindness and caring spirit. We are humbled and grateful for the staff who helped us all through this difficult journey. Guy & Donna Swails”
