Recently, I found myself in need of professional help, as I had twisted my ankle to the point of almost breaking it, and I was in severe pain. After 2 weeks off work, and waiting another 4 weeks as suggested by my pa, I was still greatly in need of physical therapy. I am so glad my friend told me about Balance for Wellness! The physical therapy was excellent mornings and afternoons every day.when I pushed the button for help someone was right there checking on me.don’t hesitate to go there if you need a place to go that is where you want to be. They could improve the meals just a tad.
