“Got the family together for a weekend camp trip and had so much fun at Bear Run! Staff was super friendly and so helpful with any questions you might have. We rented primitive walk-in sites and they were perfect, private, and relaxing! They also have a little gem mining station that our son loved, he had so much fun getting to play in the dirt and water! The pool and playground were nice and clean as well, our nephews had a blast being able to swim! Also the arcade was a nice little stop to play some pool and entertain the older kids for a bit! Overall, I was so impressed with this campground and will definitely be back soon! Super family-friendly and an awesome place to camp if have little ones! Highly recommend!”

Gas is usually at or above normal prices. Service depends on the employee. Therefore, it can be a bust or pleasent encounter. Be careful in winter otherwise you may get stuck in the parking lot. “Debbie does a great job preparing all of the baked goods. This place is not open in the summer so be certain to check out or follow their Facebook page for updates for that day. As of Sept 2022 they are open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 6:30am until sold out or 2:30pm, whichever is first. Usually a great selection of various things but you have to be there early (like before 9) or they may be sold out of what you want so if you sleep in, you miss out. Been coming here since I was a kid and it's one of the few things left that I feel tastes the same now as it did when I was little. I recommend the maple walnut donuts, kiffles, maple rolls, rye bread and I just got a pie there and took it to a party and a lot of people said it was one of the best pies they've had in a long time. Pies are something special that are not always available. Sometimes she will make something special one day and not the next so sometimes things that you like are not always available but there are always plenty of yummy alternatives! Again, check their Facebook page for the specialty item. Most affordable bakery in town that I know of.”

They're also a really great quality tire shop in Evan's City; servicing all types of vehicles from farm tractors to semi tractors and everything in between. I visited here as a walk in to have some tires put on my little car that I bought off of Facebook and was seen right away on a Monday Morning. The staff and mechanics are friendly, professional, and offer you the best advice they can.
