  I have worked with Matthew Dunbar for many years. He sold our house within a few months of being on the market for thousands more than another real estate agent in the area wanted to list it at. He really knows the market and always gives us great advice. When we missed the area, we knew exactly who to call to start the hunt for a new home. Matt worked endlessly to make sure we got into a home just right for us. He met with us for many house showings until we found the perfect home. I was a little obsessed with the home search, but he was always professional, caring and helpful! He helped orchestrate everything from the inspections, to repairs and closing. Even after closing, he continues to be amazing with his referrals to local carpenters and businesses that I can trust. Also, he works closely with his dad, Ron Dunbar, who would also be available to help us if needed. Honestly...I can't say enough about Matt Dunbar and Bear ???? Mountain Really!
