(March 2, 2014, 8:30 am)I have lived here for 2 years, I have been happy from the very start. Office staff so nice and easy to work with. Maintenance staff, FANTASTIC, they are quick, efficient and very nice. I would recommend living here. This winter, they have been fantastic, clearing parking and side walks very quickly. VERY HAPPY!

After about 2 years I have had plenty of time to reflect on my original review of 2 stars. At first, my experience was not pleasant and you can see why below (the treatment I received was really unpleasant and I was being targeted). The units are nice and the fireplace came in handy during the recent blackout. They even provided free firewood to the tenants during that rough time. The new staff is much better and the only negative thing I can say is that I wish the walls were a bit more sound proof. But I would recommend living here the owning company cares about tenant feedback.

Avoid the leasing agent Ver...ca
So I am an Engineer working for a helicopter company in the area and decided that I wanted to make the Preserve my place of residence before I buy a condo/house. The units are old with antiquated appliances, but it's alright; it's livable arrangements. Safe place, but very dark at night. The pools and gym have reasonable restrictions and adds a nice touch.
The leasing agent (Her name starts with a "V", but goes by a name that starts with "R"); she is mean, rude and very unprofessional. It was a very unpleasant application process and she was very condescending and I suspect a bit prejudice. The management could do themselves a favor by having her support in another fashion other then dealing with clients. Perhaps some administrative duties.
Avoid her at all costs, it will make you experience all the more enjoyable. I've asked around and others have expressed the same thing.
Go with the younger gentlemen in the office, you'll be glad you did.
