Everyone at the clinic was super friendly and helpful! I had a cleaning which went by very smooth. The doctor demonstrated how to use the super floss with permanent retainers, and gave me a few samples to try out.

It was very easy to book the appointment and I got one two weeks out from when I called. They're great with sending reminders and catering to any changes with the date and time!!

Emergency appointment for new patient - NO PROBLEM. What exceptional service - from my call being returned as soon as they opened all they way through walking back out the door. Amy called me first thing in the morning, and got me in the same day. Everyone was absolutely first class. Kind, informative, excellent customer service from everyone that helped me. I can not believe what an awesome experience I had at the dentist today. Who can say that??? I even showed up early and was taken back before I could even take a seat. I would give the 100 stars if that was an option.

The office was modern and immaculate. Staff were all friendly. Best of all was the care I received from the dentist. She was professional and thorough. If I hadn't moved out of town, this would DEFINITELY be my new home dentist office. Highly recommend.

I've visited this Dental office since May of 2021 only ever receiving the most compassionate care. While I've seen a few different dentist they've all been knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I've had about my care. The facility is bright, clean, and inviting. All my encounters with the staff are memorable. If you want top notch care with swift service that puts you at ease, give them a try. My experience, which was my first, with Charlestown Dental was wonderful! The facility was clean; atmosphere professional, friendly and comfortable. Amy, April and Dr. Evensky were all so welcoming. They each took a part in making me feel safe and secure, as this was a new procedure for me. Dr. Evensky and his assistant April explained everything being done, step by step, in a clear and concise manner. You can tell they truly care about the health, well being and comfort level of their patients. There is even a TV on the ceiling (very clever) for a great distraction!! I would highly recommend Charlestown Dental :)
