(October 1, 2018, 3:10 pm)The only marker for the parking lot is the number 1200 on a 4 foot high 4x4 post. South of of the parking lot drive is the Nature Area's sign. The entrance to the lot is very easy to miss and the drive into the lot is only wide enough for one car at a time. There are about 20 spaces for parking. This lot is very popular with mountain bikers. It has a bike fixing station with tools.
The lot has quick access to several great trails. In addition to mountain biking, hiking and trail running are great on these trails. There are also two picnic tables right around the trail corner from the lot.
