(June 26, 2018, 2:20 pm)I recently sent highly detailed email requests for auto and homeowners insurance to 4 offices within 2 miles of my home. All 4 offices represented different "big name" carriers. I even called ahead to get direct email addresses and let whomever answered know that I would be sending the info. 3 of the 4 NEVER EVEN RESPONDED. Henry was the only one that got back to me promptly, and he called me personally. He didn't hand me off to an assistant or junior agent. Unfortunately the rates weren't competitive enough for me to switch but the service was excellent. I won't forget that.

(June 19, 2018, 4:18 pm)I usually do not write reviews but after working with Kim it was a must, I am in sales and I deal with alot of insurance representatives and Kim is the nicest, fastest and truthful rep I have worked with. After working with Kim I would recommend any one to switch to Henrys office.

Henry Nace - State Farm is a breath of fresh air in a world where so many companies force you into an automated phone system or pass you back and forth between departments in consumer purgatory. When I moved into the area, I just happened to contact them, and I'm so glad! All my questions about car, motorcycle and home insurance where quickly and ACCURATELY answered. Everything is done with a personal touch here, and if I weren't moving out of the continental US, I would never stop using this team! These guys should charge a premium for the personalized service they provide (but they don't). Couldn't recommend them more highly!

I have never dealt with a more honest, friendly and helpful insurance agency. Sure i could probably get a lower rate from some cut rate insurance company but why bother when I can get A+ service at an incredibly great rate. I urge everyone to give them a try. You will be so happy you did.
