  Felt terrible. My PCP was closed. Went to Tower Urgent Care. Friendly, helpful staff all around. The nurse and doctor both took time to go over my symptoms, diagnose my illness, recommend treatment, and explain probable results. The next day they called to check how I was feeling and ask if I had any questions or concerns. Highly recommend.

  I had a wonderful urgent care experience. I was feeling under the weather, but also thought that what I had could just be a cold that would run it’s course. The NP took her time to check me out and make sure everything was ok. She offered me a breathing treatment that had me feeling better faster than i thought possible. I was in and out very quick and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back again if needed.

  It was packed because everyone around here is sick. But you could tell that the staff was working hard to get everyone in and out as best as they could. The staff was friendly despite the high volume (The handful of other times I had been, we were the only ones).

  Very little wait time. Experienced staff. Adequate care. Overall a good visit with no appointment needed.

  Great Staff. Everyone was very friendly from the front desk to the doctor. I brought my child in, who is on the spectrum, and the young man who brought us back to our room had some of the greatest bed-side manner I've ever witnessed. He made both of us feel at ease, which is not an easy thing to do. The female doctor was also very good. I wish I would have gotten names, but they were both amazing and I just wanted to say thank you.
