  The staff took very good care of my injured goat. They cared for the animal like it was their own pet.

  They saved my horse... Gave him personal attention. I will always use them for Medical problem with my horse... Dr. NIkki is fantastic as is all of the Medical team

  I brought my pet pig here for emergency medical attention. The staff was amazing, they explained what tests they would run, how long until we should expect results and what steps we could take next. They also kept us apprised of how much everything would cost. Having recently delt with a poorly managed human hospital, I was overwhelmed by the level of communication and how well taken care of I felt. Unfortunately, my pig was unable to be saved, but that should in no way, reflect upon the staff, I believe they did everything within their power and I know that Nestor was well cared for.

  I brought my 7 month old sheep here for castration after it became clear that his early banding had not worked. The staff were personable and very professional, and I felt very comfortable with their care. They were very good to my sheep and sensitive and tactful with me. As a Shepherd newbie, I am prone to anxiety, and they had no trouble helping me feel reassured. I came two and a half hours to the New Bolton Center, and it was worth every minute of the drive. The campus is beautiful and serene. My sheep is doing beautifully today, and I am extremely impressed with the quality of care received. As a very nice bonus, the cost was considerably less than I expected.

  I'd been dealing with health/lameness issues in both of my horses for over a year now. Vets in my area were unable to correct the problems or provide me with answers as to what might be happening.
  My visit to New Bolton Center was an excellent experience. The people who helped me with scheduling were pleasant and very easy to reach. They also spent lots of time listening to my concerns without ever rushing me off the phone.
  Once there, my horses were treated very well. The examinations were quite thorough. We were there from 10 am and didn't load up to leave until almost 5pm. My horses were kept in comfortable stalls with hay and water during the down time. They were offered lots of treats as well.
  The doctors working with my horses allowed me to explain in detail what's been going on with them over the past year. They were evaluated visually, radiographicly and through ultrasound. Id finally received the answers I'd been looking for. The bill for all of this was less than half of what I'd expected to pay. In the future my horses will make the two hour trip to this facility for all of their veterinary needs.
