  Always a great experience! 19 years ago, a neurosurgeon advised me to have surgery, but I chose Dr. Tom’s care instead. So happy I made that decision! My back feels great because of Dr. Tom’s adjustments and massages. The atmosphere of the historic manor is also soothing, and Dr. Tom and Nanae always make everyone feel at home. I highly recommend Health First!

  Whole body and mind centered healing and wellness. Dr. Tom Miles listens with hands and really knows the human body. Fantastic supplement to or replacement for traditional doctors. They just moved from the strip mall to a beautiful place off Malin road.

  Of my four lifetime massages, this one was worlds apart and far better than the others - much more "below the surface". I could feel myself being "mapped" by experienced hands and walked away feeling superb!

  Dr Miles is highly skilled and uses effective techniques to help release long held patterns of tension and pain in the body. After 1 session I feel so much better and can’t wait to go back again! He is a super nice, easy-going healer who listens to my feedback and found problem areas I didn’t realize were there!
