(November 15, 2018, 11:38 pm)My first time doing yoga and Lynne has made it very easy for me to do various poses. She uses various aids which help me since, at this point, my flexibility isn't what it used to be. I have suffered from back pain for a number of years and wake up with an achy, stiff back everyday. That is until I started the gentle yoga classes. Highly recommend for any considering trying or getting back into doing yoga.

(August 28, 2018, 3:28 pm)I started working with Lynne' a couple of years ago. I'm a long distance runner and otherwise very active. I was constantly "pushing through" various back, shoulder and leg injuries. Since working with Lynne' those types of injuries are all but nonexistent! My overall flexibility has also increased tenfold! Sessions with Lynne' have also helped mentally. I've learned to breath and relax a little more in tense situations, which with a busy work schedule has been incredibly helpful. If you're an athlete or a busy professional, you have to find a way to fit her into your schedule!

(June 8, 2018, 6:52 pm)Lynne is great at meeting you where you are at and helping you learn along the way. The studio decor really adds to the atmosphere and helps makes each yoga class a relaxing and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend!
