“Walked in and was obnoxiously in the lobby by a pretentious manager who was up in everyone’s business. Super annoying. Then I went over to Maria at the customer service desk and she was awesome, she totally turned the experience around. Super helpful and willing. Totally saved the poor impression I got on the way in. She was just real, authentic and helped out by going the extra mile in a non-pushy way. TD, get rid of this new Manager preying on customers in the lobby thing and give Maria a raise!!”
