  Heritage Village has offered my kids and me so many great things in the 4 years I've lived here - from great management and extensive recreational choices to a top notch school district, and living in close proximity to the Philadelphia, Wilmington, Newark, and Baltimore areas.
  
  Management and their maintenance folks are very responsive to questions and concerns - taking care of anything that comes up in a timely manner while also respecting our need for privacy.
  
  We have good-sized yards and patios/decks in addition to acres of green space, a pond, and basketball court to enjoy. There are a good number of parks in close proximity as well as an excellent pizza place that delivers and a shopping center within a mile that has a gas station, restaurants, and an auto mechanic.
  
  We have great neighbors to share laughs, interests, and help with and some have also held neighborhood get-togethers. Looking forward to welcoming in our new neighbors in the future.

  We have enjoyed living here almost 10 years, nice quiet rural area.Repairs have always been taken care of quickly and efficiently. There have been consistent improvements and upgrades through the years, new roofs, siding. Nice neighbors.

  I've been living here almost 8 years now. I like the rural setting, and its been a quiet, friendly place to live overall and good neighbors. Management typically takes care of issues and repairs quickly and at convenient times. I like the close proximity to White Clay Creek Park in DE and Fair Hill NRMA in MD for their hiking and biking trails.
  
  As an IT Consultant I change job locations regularly, so being able to commute to Wilmington, New Castle, Newark, or West Chester within 30-40 minutes is great, especially once you figure out the best back roads to get there. Overall it has been a good experience and a great place to live.

  I made the decision to move here, even after having a deposit down on another place. Three years later, it's still the best decision I made! Management is very responsive to even the smallest of issues and keeps communication open from start to finish, often following up afterwards to ensure everything went smoothly. The proximity to Delaware and West Grove is initially what drove me to move here, but the peaceful beauty, respectful and friendly neighbors, and the responsive management is what keeps me here!

  WHEN I moved to Heritage Village it was meant to be temporary. Twelve years later I am still here with no desire to move. After living in town where there is always some kind of noise. I enjoy the absolute quiet and solitude of the rural setting. There are usually animals ( steer, emus, and goats ) grazing in the farm field that provides my view.
  The apartments are very comfortable with a fireplace and in unit laundry. Management is very friendly and responsive to the needs of the tenants. Repairs are taken care of quickly by respectful and polite maintenance people. Someone always calls to be sure it's a convenient time to do repairs. It's obvious that the owner takes great pride in his property, because the building and grounds are so well maintained. I, personally, enjoy the freedom to plant flower gardens and hang bird feeders from the trees. Neighbors are friendly and respectful and I always feel safe living here. It's a great place to live.
