(February 7, 2018, 1:05 pm)Changing my review from 1 star. As it turned out my biggest issue was plain old poor communication. Be careful to get detailed written estimates before work begins, and have them retain removed parts for your inspection. Also remind them NOT to do any unauthorized work, but to call you when they see something that needs done for approval. (this was the basis of my previous 1 star rating).
