  I had a short piece of 4" granite backsplash that I needed an inch cut off of, and didn't have the tool to do it myself, so I first took it to another marble/tile fabricator to see if they could make a quick cut. I knew it would be a 10-second job, but I was going to insist on paying them $20 just for helping me out. When I took them the piece, this other company told me that they would charge me $125 to make this simple cut! I quickly apologized for taking their time, and left. I then took the piece over to McGrory, and my experience there couldn't have been more opposite. Scott at McGrory was very friendly and helpful, and had me follow one of his guys back to a saw where it took him literally five seconds to make the cut. Scott wouldn't even let me pay anything for this. Great company and great customer service!
