CrossFit Wheelhouse has been an amazing addition to my life. I love the atmosphere, athletes, coaches and results I have seen these last 6 weeks. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. I am stronger than I was when I started just 6 weeks ago. CrossFit has given me a safe place to workout, build my confidence and get the old me back. I am thankful for Matt and his crew of rockstar coaches for this opportunity. Give CrossFit a try you won’t regret it!

I was always afraid to be a "Crossfit" guy, but this place is the opposite of all the stereotypical things you hear. Everyone is so welcoming and willing to help you out in any way they can. The gym is very clean, and they are constantly getting new equipment to make your experience even better. Their programs are built for all levels from beginners to Pro Athletes who want to reach their max potential. They have completely changed my attitude and well-being for the better. I would highly recommend you give WH a try, and I don't think you will find a better looking group than the folks that show up here every day to work as hard as they can to achieve their goals.
I've been going here for over 2 years and love it. There's a great variety of classes to attend including: Crossfit, Open Gym, Boot Camp, Olympic Lifting Classes, Endurance Classes.
There's almost always someone there from 5am to 8:30pm which is not typical of most Crossfit gyms, so it's easy to catch a workout or hit open gym in the interim.
