  We have been in the market looking for a new ac and gas furnace system to replace our existing system before it just completely failed. Justin Pinera came out and discussed our options reviewed different systems and within 24 hours, we had a written proposal. I had already had a few local companies come out and was amazed by the difference in the rebates alone that R. M. Crossan, were giving us when the other companies were not even close to offering all of them. Justin was so patience and understanding as one bump after another seemed to come up to finalize the deal. Justin not only had the best ability to listen to what we were looking for but also explain what would fit our needs best. He kept in constant contact with me and I was aware of where we stood at all times. In the end, everything worked out and we are so pleased that we went with R. M. Crossan. Crossan is a company we trust and Justin Pinera is amazing at his job. I even learnt after signing with Crossan that another local company did a bait and switch on the proposal they sent us so buyer beware. We are so pleased that we went with R. M. Crossan and had the pleasure of working with Justin Pinera.

  I called RM Crossan to schedule a Air Conditioner Checkup, Stephanie was very helpful and secured an appointment a few days out. She also called to confirm the date and time the day prior to the appointment. Tom came promptly on the assigned day, was neat in his attire and personable. He took great care in assessing the unit and explained what he was going to do and what he had done in a very understandable fashion. He left everything neat and clean. Thank you for having such a great company and such wonderful employees!
