  Never dealt with people so knowledgeable in Automotive. Very neat and clean workspace so you know your automobile will be taken care of! I gave this business five stars because everything I've had done was done correctly the first time with no hassle.

  Great service and very professional! Honest and tells you like it is!! Very considerate and work was completed in a timely manner. I will use this shop again!!

  This past Friday my car was experiencing a lot of issues and would not turn on. My mechanic was out of town that day, so when I called my insurance company for a tow, they recommended Rob's Auto Repair as a certified location. We had my car towed to Rob's Auto Repair and the employees were very helpful and accommodating! One of the mechanics checked out my car and said it would need a new engine and they would call around over the weekend and let me know on Monday (today) what they found out. I told them that I go to college out of town and rely on my car for work and my co-op class. I spoke with Josh (I believe that's his name) today and he was contacting several people to help me get a new engine for my car. I appreciated how hard they were working to get my car back on the road as quickly as possible. After I spoke with Josh, I got in contact with my family's mechanic who was now back from vacation and could look at my car. My parents decided to have my car towed to our family mechanic. I called Josh from Rob's Auto Repair back, and felt so bad that we were towing the car somewhere else after all the time and effort they had put in to find me a new engine. But Josh was completely understanding about it. My dad went to meet the towing company at Rob's Auto Repair and asked if he could pay anything for the time they spent calling around and looking for a new engine, and they said we did not owe them anything. GREAT customer service at Rob's Auto Repair!!!

  I have been using Rob's for all the servicing needs on my vehicles for many years because they are very honest, reliable, competent, and courteous at all times. In emergencies they have always found a way to fit me into their schedule and complete my needed repairs as soon as possible. They also have offered cost effective recommendations for preventative maintenance and stand behind their work.
