(August 10, 2017, 8:19 am)I was having a hard start cold & hot with a new to me 1982 90hp Mercury out board motor.
I had read reviews on line and some were not complimentary. However after being reassured by a happy customer I
took my boat/outboard to Coventry. I gave them permission to just fix it.
After one hour of diagnosis they determined the problem. I was not following proper starting procedure.
They taught me how start the outboard and I am a happy man. They could have taken me to the cleaners and I would not have been the wiser.

Called Coventry Motors they recommended I repair the bike at their shop, placed blame on me. Weeks later bike has spent more time in the shop than on the road. Bottom line, I wouldn't trust the condition of the bikes sold there, they are not taken care of or properly maintained. Shady business practices.
