Leah help me switch to a new phone and was very patient and helpful with me, I'm not very tech savvy and she answered any silly question I had and even showed me how to do on my own. Great staff, everyone was genuinely friendly and very helpful.

I've always received great customer service but Ricky went over and beyond for me..great attitude, extremely patient with all of my annoying questions and very knowledgeable of the products. I would definitely recommend them and I can honestly say it's great service like this that makes me proud to have Sprint as my mobile carrier.

We brought in phones we had delivered to us to get activated and set up.
Sam and Jenn helped us out.
They were great. Sam had an awesome attitude and the customer service was 110%.
Highly recommend going here first when starting the buying or upgrade process!

(May 10, 2017, 2:42 pm)I had a wonderful experience at the store today with Kyle and Jen! I was having trouble with my phone frequently losing battery power. They gave me tips to prevent this from occurring. In addition, Kyle observed that my screen protector was cracked, which I had forgotten to mention. Jen then did a terrific job of replacing it. It looks even better than it did before! Both were professional, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. I was thoroughly impressed!! ????
