I love Kelly's 430pm beginner vinyasa on Tuesdays and Mark's 6pm Ahstanga modified on Fridays!

She is a natural and has a special rare ability to relax you and que poses unlike anyone I have ever seen. The mental/spiritual benefits are just as impressive as the physical ones. Do yourself a huge favor and drop into one of their classes....then you will never leave. The new studio is beautiful and well designed which makes your experience even better.

(January 31, 2018, 1:59 pm)I'm pretty new to yoga but have worked out for for years. Coming in I thought of yoga as less of an exercise and more of an opportunity to stretch. I took my first class at Nectar last Sunday and found out quickly that while we got nice and stretched out, it's a very legitimate workout. Great place, very cool inside and an awesome workout. Highly recommend checking it out.

(January 7, 2018, 10:10 pm)Really enjoyed my first class here. I'm a beginner and felt really comfortable with the flow. The instructor, Kate, was helpful showing me alternate poses to accommodate my condition. I felt fantastic afterward and I cannot wait to go again. Highly recommend this studio!
