(December 20, 2017, 12:03 am)My 10 and 8 year olds have been taking lessons for a few months now and already I'm seeing improvements and the right amount of nudging from Joe for them to excel and learn the piano better. Can't wait to see even more of this in the months and years to come!!

(July 28, 2015, 4:25 pm)We couldn’t be happier with Joe teaching our two children, Christopher and Theresa, piano. Both children are looking forward to their lessons each week and most surprisingly are motivated to practice and prepare for next week lessons (well, most of the time). Joe seems to make the lessons fun for them by letting them sometimes choose which piece they want to practice, by adding current, popular songs to the repertoire, and by sharing his great skills on the piano with them. But he also teaches them necessary things both in theory and on the piano like scales, chords, or building listing skills. Joe has a great ability to interact with the children. And most importantly we have the impression he likes what he is doing. This alone is a good reason why he is successful with what he does and children are sensitive to that. They like that Joe likes to teach them piano. It is as simple as it sounds, but by far not taken for granted.

(June 16, 2015, 9:35 pm)Joe has been teaching our son to play piano for about 9 months and we continue to be very pleased with our son's progress thus far. He has already played in one recital and invited to play in another, just to get him comfortable and practicing performances. Joe encourages this and our son loves the interaction. Joe goes out of his way to find fun and engaging music that keeps him interested and the sticker charts are wonderful to help our 7 year old attain goals in a reasonable time frame - motivating practice too! Joe has been punctual to all of our lessons and he responds very quickly to emails or calls. We highly recommend him for piano lessons!
