I have this system at my primary home and a second system at my summer house at the beach. I love it! Wireless was so easy to set up. Love the fire detector because it calls the fire department in the case of a fire or CO leak. If something happened, we wouldn't be there to hear the sound alarm - so what good is that? Since moving in with us recently, we also got my mother-in-law the medical alert button option and she wears it all day while we're at work. Considering getting a camera at home too so we can watch what's going on when we're not home. We only pay $35 a month - sooo much better than the $65 we paid to ADT for a lousy wired system that had constant false alarms. Also considering flood sensors for the beach after the last hurricane.

Have only had Life Shield for about a month, but installation was quick and painless. I like the key pad and key chain features..just wish the key pad was mountable on the wall without the need for an electrical outlet. The employees I have dealt with have been extremely helpful and professional. So far so good.

I am pleased with the security my system offers. However, the door/window sensors are plastic, and literally fall off sometimes if the door is closed to hard. I've had to glue them back together just to keep them in place. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the system & security.
