  I was told by T Mobile that I would need to go into a store to resolve my account issue. I worked with Abdul H. and had a great experience! He was patient, thorough and helped me get in touch with the right people to resolve my issue. On top of that, I had my 18 month old son and 2 month old daughter with me and when my son started to get a little ornery, he went and got him a toy to play with while we were resolving things. Great customer service, very friendly and helpful; I’d highly recommend this store!

  Outstanding, Outstanding, Outstanding! There's an associate named Dev who took time and patience to figure out something that was locking me out of my phone which, which I purchased through T-Mobile but not t this store. It was like wmastering a Rubik's Cube the way she took the time to "solve" my lock out...And she did solve it! ! ! I have recommended this store (and T-Mobile plans) many times! She was kind, professional, helpful, had a sense of humor and when I left I called her Dr. Dev!

  I give this store 5 stars. I bought my cellphone in the KOP store. I was glad I was 5 minutes away from the house. But whenever I came up with a problem, they people always said me, "call you costume service...." I visited store in the wayne, where to me store manager Daniel help me fix the problem immediately and gave me some good advice regarding my cell phone and bill. I will drive 15 minutes longer, because I know that store and peoples always help me. Thank you.

  I stopped into this store to clarify information about some of the specials that I found on the T Mobile site. I spoke to a personable young lady named Dev who straightened me out on the specials and gave me several suggestions and information about T Mobile. Although I am currently with AT&T I may change based on my conversation with Dev.
