Eagle Eye Associates is an ongoing experience in the highest level of service. It starts with the Product: I have worn glasses for over 37 years, 36 from significant "others", including a chain you'd recognize and found the most comfortable and durable brand there, Lindberg. For the sun there is Maui Jims, you can't beat them. Then, it's best available technology: Their prescription tools and protocols are more accurate than my Ophthalmologist/Surgeon. Most importantly, it's the people: their staff is friendly, courteous, very competent and they spend more time with you during adjustments, making sure it's right. Dr. Fish and his staff are top notch!! I've been to several eye doctors in the area and Dr. Fish is by far the best I've seen. The rest of the office staff is great as well!! From reception to assistant's and finally the folks who help with eyeglass selection and ordering, I cannot praise them enough. The office is brand new with all of the latest technology within it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area... you will not be disappointed!! Thanks All!!
My initial experience here was great, but when my glasses were broken, they really went above and beyond. The glasses were under warranty, but the replacement piece was going to take a while to come in. I had a photo shoot in a week and Lisa didn't rest until she got me a temporary part from the line's rep to use while the other piece was being made and sent out. I wanted to leave a review to share this experience, because exceptional customer service like this should be called out! They have really cool frame options there too - I get compliments on mine all the time.
Eagle Eye is the best! Dr. Fish diagnosed my husband's eye condition years ago when no one else thought to look. He's knowledgeable and professional. Every exam is thorough and the technology is cutting edge. The selection of frames and sunglasses - amazing. And . . . the one person that keeps me coming back is Karen. Knows my taste and is always there to make the perfect adjustment when I fall asleep reading and turn my frames into pretzels. In fact, everyone in his employ is professional and informative. Great atmosphere in his new office!
