  Fantastic tattoo experience at NL! Contacted Bill via email with some ideas to get the ball rolling, went in to talk it over with Alyssa, and had a great result.
  
  Alyssa was great from the start, she knew roughly what I was looking for, then refined it right there on the spot. I'm endlessly impressed with artists in general, and having an artist that can actually do exactly what you want just from a few questions is incredible. She nailed the design I was looking for and gave me options as well just to have some comparison ideas.
  
  Very quaint studio, clean environment, and the artists are pleasant and eager.
  
  I'll be back for future work, and also pass the studio name along for anyone that asks. Kudos to Alyssa for a great job, you're jazz hands emoji worthy! ????

  I asked Alyssa to create my ideas from photos for an ankle charm type bracelet with an airplane. Her artwork was Awesome! She was very patient as this was my first tattoo. I hope to go back for more soon.

  Bill is very professional and an amazing artist. He did my original tigerlilly tattoo about 11 years ago and I decided to have it upgraded. He added depth and shading, with more artwork and an additional flower. He was thoughtful during our session and he asked me if I needed a break. (I selectively forgot how much these art pieces hurt to get). I would highly recommend him for a new tattoo or to improve what you have. Thanks so much Bill.

  I’ve been to many many shops all over the country and I’ve got to say Bill is the best there is! If you’re looking for a tattoo shop in Pennsylvania I would recommend him 100%.
