  Paramount's employees are excellent. They are knowledgeable and friendly. William offered solutions for the present situation as well as suggestions to prevent future occurrences. I am happy with our service and would recommend Paramount to others.

  Only once before had well with water needing treatment, in the 80's. New house with new systems. Older now, I am not as efficient at doing things on my own. Paramount's service was friendly, and thorough, explaining the system and its needs, leaving me with confidence. The charge was reasonable, and I was satisfied enough to sign a reasonable contract with them. Worries relieved.

  Came out same day, even with a non-emergency. Tech was on-time, and called me to let me know he was on the way. Was professional and friendly and as far as I can tell the work was done well. Reason for 4 stars vs 5 is I felt they were quite expensive. Almost $500 to replace a $30 exterior faucet and $3 ball valve. They charge $59 just to come out to give an estimate, and do not deduct that $59 out of your bill if you have the work done.
  
  If you need someone who will answer the phone when you call and be able to come out and do quality work promptly, than give these guys a call, but keep in mind it might be pricey.

  A sump pump failed. The tech came out on a Saturday to replace the sump pump, and made recommendations to replace the pipe that is undersized for the volume of water. I will address that later. This company came recommended by my fiancee, and we thought it would be prudent to sign up for the monthly retainer at the same time. Will call them again. The tech was polite, friendly and it was a job well done.
