(November 23, 2019, 12:28 pm)I was upset for two reasons after leaving for an oil change. After I wrote a bad review the owner personally reached out to apologize for me not being fully satisfied. I went in the next day and he made things right and told me what he was going to change to make sure similar things don't happen to me again, or other customers. He also made sure that the next time I need an oil change it would be on the house. Art's actions are the definition of addressing a problem, and responding with superior customer service. I highly recommend Arty's Auto Service to anyone looking for an honest mechanic, and I look forward to being a repeat customer.
