Brent always strives to make your dreams come true with the budge you have. His crew constantly goes above and beyond my expectations each time and takes every aspect of my vision and brings it to life. Brent is a wonderful contractor to work with, and communicates every step of the way. His crew is very polite and respectful and I appreciated that since I have small children. I will be working with Balla Custom Services again!

Balla Team understood our vision and worked through different options that would be cost effective while meeting our design expectations. Team was early every day for 4 weeks straight. Communication was top notch. I would have zero reservations in recommending Balla Custom for Home upgrades and renovations.

(January 27, 2018, 10:33 am)I need to start with one of our bathrooms. Had our master bath done by a contractor, he did come to see the second bath and said he would call with a quote. He got lost and never responded back to calls or email. After that, getting contractors to call me back was frustrating. I knew if I found a good contractor, they would get the kitchen. I found a card for BCS and left a message. Next day Nicole called me and appointments were set. Balla replaced the cabinet, Stone Master did the template, Stone was installed, Balla came back, installed fixtures, plumbing, and my hardware. Now we are doing the kitchen. I have met with Phil then Phil and Brent. The attention to detail is amazing including a work flow chart! They will keep my kitchen operational during the installation which I find amazing. Contruction starts March 5th and I know it will be another amazing job. As a Realtor, I have no problem recommending BCS. Kathy Kozak

I've met both Josiah and Keith, and have been so impressed with their professionalism and willingness to answer my questions. Both did a great job, and left the work area in better condition than they found it! I would definitely hire BCS again for future jobs.

February 12, 2015 Balla Custom Services did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. We had a water leak under the kitchen sink in our home, which ruined our floors and destroyed our cabinets. They installed a tile floor, repaired the existing laminate and installed all new cabinets in a professional and timely fashion.
