CPR Cell Phone Repair West Chester

I was so upset when my screen looked damaged, then by chance I happened upon CPR Cell Phone Repair. I was told that my phone was ok and only the screen cover was damaged. Sixty dollars and 5 minutes later my phone was fixed. The technician was excellent and in no time I went back to the party I had left to check out this place. Made my day!

These guys were fantastic!! Super nice, super professional. Had my daughter's phone fixed quickly. Hopefully their services are not needed, but would go back in a heartbeat if they are.

Had hole in my camera glass on my Pixel 6. They were able to order the part and had it by the next day. Took the phone in after they contacted me and it was fixed in a couple of hours. Nice, quick, convenient service and reasonable.

I stopped into CPR with Daughter's iPhone. Her ear speaker was very low and barely could hear phone calls when not on external speaker. I received quotes from other service stores estimating over $100 to repair. Chandler welcomed us professionally and kindly, and asked if he could "assess" the issue with her phone. 5 min later he returned the phone to us working 100%, stating there was just a block in the speaker from lint/dust and that the issue was easily rectified. The service was impeccable, and Chandler was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Ask for him! Don't take your iDevices anywhere else. These folks are wonderful, and glad to have them local here in West Chester PA. Additionally, Ricardo is another on the front line at this store and provides wonderful customer service. I can't speak highly enough of these guys! They've come to my rescue twice, and both times have been just about as smooth and seamless a process as you can imagine. Not what you would typically imagine when it comes to having a repair done through an insurance claim; their service is the epitome of effective. The scheduling application on their website (or sent via email if filing a claim) is very user-friendly, and they have a fantastic span of availability. In less than 18 hours I went from filing my claim, to booking, dropping my phone off, and retrieving it good as new.
