  My van wouldn't start and I was stranded with my 3 young daughters. Although it was after-hours, Sam came and jump-started my car in the pouring ran so that we could get home. He remembered us from a previous visit, and he once again recommended that we get a new battery. My wife needed the car early the next morning so I asked for the earliest available appointment the following morning. Sam went above and beyond and was able to get his colleague, David, to install a new battery for us that SAME NIGHT. Very grateful for the excellent work you guys do! Thank you again!

  John, the gentleman that picked us up when our vehicle broke down up in Exton, PA provided altogether cordial, courteous, safe, & professional services to my family & me. From the minute he arrived to pick us up until when he dropped us at our place we knew we were in the best care & assistance in the midst of the undesirable circumstances of a stalled vehicle. This gentleman for whom we are greatly grateful, (through On-Time Towing), certainly well deserving of the maximum number of stars possible on this review & then some has been a blessing to us in our time of need & we thank + bless our LORD Jesus for him!

  Last Saturday, May 21st, my wife and I broke down in Morgantown about 50 miles from where we live in Chester County. I called On Time towing, spoke to Sam. He was not only pleasant and professional but said he could pick up my car within the next couple hours.
  I was not only surprised but shocked to get this quick of service especially on the weekend. I can’t say enough about how pleasant this experience was in an unpleasant situation. We live in a time when it seems like customer service in almost every industry just doesn’t care and no hurry to help people.
  It’s never a good thing to have your car towed but Sam made the experience much less painful and even followed up showing the car was delivered to the repair shop in a timely and professional manner.
  I would definitely recommend “On Time” towing to everyone and would definitely use them again if I had to.
  Lastly, for the distance involved and the hi quality of towing technology provided, they were more than economical as well. A win/win for the customer!!

  The tow company arrived much faster then anticipated. The driver was very friendly and changed my flat tire super fast. Would definitely use them again, highly recommend!!

Sam the dispatcher on Sunday did not care about honesty or serving clients. Service person did the same, lying multiple times.
